HOUSING IN SANCHINARRO

It’s one of the most important residential developments of Spain’s capital. Located in the Sanchinarro district in Madrid, the project consists of a series of 82 homes that stand out for their open configuration and for its regard for common areas.
The vibrant Sanchinarro neighborhood is an engine of strong attraction and demand for luxury residential construction.
For the INBISA developers, Estudio Lamela has designed the Inbisa Sanchinarro Valois Residential project in the district, one of the most important residential complexes in Madrid.
Looking towards La Sierra del Guadarrama and on one of the last available lots, right at the intersection between the streets of Isabel de Valois and Infanta María, the development occupies 19,173 square meters. In this space, a residential complex of 80 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, 80 storage rooms, and at least 2 parking spaces per house are proposed. These elements respond to the needs of the environment and enhance the characteristics of the plot. Two symmetrical buildings open the complex to the south. This geometry provides more light into the homes and visibility. The space dedicated to common areas is expanded and its natural lighting is improved. The result is a tiered building with a maximum number of homes with gardens and large terraces, both covered and uncovered.
The common areas are some of the most important contributions of the development. The two buildings consist of a communal room with a cinema projector and a bar; a playground; a paddle tennis court; a solarium; a gym; a bicycle parking; and an overflow pool with night lighting and saline chlorination for adults and children — all surrounded by gardens.
