This is a complete reformation. The objective is to optimize the 5,640 square meters that comprise the office building so it adapts to the current market demands, increasing its sustainability level, technology, and comfort.
The proposal for the new building respects the current volume: a compact volume, more extensive on the ground level, like a “podium” on which the six-story volume and roof rest upon.
The planned interventions include the renovation of all facilities to adapt them to the standard of current prime offices, the new needs of clients, and the complete rehabilitation of the façade to improve the aesthetics as well as the thermal conditions and acoustic insulation. Also, the property will have terraces in different locations for the future tenants’ use.
The building is expected to obtain LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and WIREDSCORE certifications.
