Carlos Lamela participated in the first edition of the “International Forum Diversity & Development”, an international platform of contacts, training, and business development whose main goal is to make diversity, inclusion, and talent visible.

The event took place at the precious Palacio de Santoña, headquarters of the Cámara de Comercio de Madrid, and was directed by the president of D&D, Guillermina Mekuy. Various experts intervened in topics of cooperation, diversity, and inclusion.

In the interview they conducted with him, the importance of the ethical values of the architectural profession was highlighted, as well as the need for excellence at all levels, social and human inclusion, and necessary work that promotes balance in our environment, both from an economic and human point of view.
