Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Hotel, located in Calvià, Mallorca, will soon open its doors.

Estudio Lamela has developed the rehabilitation and transformation project for the hotel complex, which integrates the conservation of the existing protected buildings with new architectural interventions.

The complex comprises 131 rooms, including suites and bungalows, and proposes an architecture adapted to the site’s conditions and its relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The project joins other hospitality projects developed by Estudio Lamela, among which those carried out for Four Seasons stand out, such as Centro Canalejas – Four Seasons Madrid, the chain’s first establishment in Spain; Four Seasons Formentor; and Four Seasons Greece Hinitsa Bay, currently under development.
