On Tuesday, October 3, the official opening took place of our office project on Amador de los Ríos Street, 5 for PRIMEWORK.
This is a project of an existing building, in which the ground, basement, and fourth floors have been restructured, the façade has been replaced, and the office spaces have been modified.
The most notable thing about the building is the façade, in which only glass and twisted limestone are visible, hiding the carpentry.
In the words of Carlos Lamela: “It’s been a pleasure to have participated in this very interesting project, which without a doubt, and despite not being large, is going to become an architectural reference in Madrid. We’re very satisfied with the result and believe that it’s a good example of urban integration.”
