The City Council of Madrid, in an event chaired by José Luis Martínez-Almeida Navasqüés yesterday, has established an Urban Planning Advisory Council for the drafting of the new General Urban Planning Plan #PGOUM

It was made up of nine experts among whom Carlos Lamela had the honor of being with, also colleagues and friends of his: Sigfrido Herráez, José María Ezquiaga, Rafael de La-Hoz Castanys, Beatriz Matos, Luis Rodríguez-Avial Llardent, Carlos Rubio Carvajal, Carolina Roca, and Julio Touza.

According to the note published on the City Council’s website: “The Area of Urban Planning, Environment and Mobility has launched this initiative with the purpose of it becoming a forum for debate and reflection, which presents the needs of new planning for the city and collaborating with the City Council in preparing a diagnosis of the situation.”
