Estudio Lamela conpletes the exclusive promotion of Modesto Lafuente 26 (Madrid)
One of the most exclusive buildings in the Chamberí neighborhood (Madrid) has already been completed. It is a project conceived by Estudio Lamela for the British real estate group Grosvenor, which has radically transformed an office building that was underused.
Estudio Lamela’s proposal is the comprehensive rehabilitation of the building, which is located at number 26 Modesto Lafuente street. After several years of work on the property, the promotion is finished. It consists of seven floors above ground (2,100 square meters) and three below ground (890 square meters). This structure allows 12 family apartments, of different sizes, including a duplex house on the ground floor that has a private garden. Along with this exceptional space, two penthouses, also duplexes, enjoy large terraces.
One of its hallmarks is the translucent façade, which not only improves the urban landscape and regenerates the surrounding area, but also incorporates a protected green garden and historic grove of trees located directly opposite “inside” the houses.
In terms of certification, during construction all the parameters have been followed to achieve a Very Good international BREEAM sustainability rating, as well as the highest energy efficiency certificate: A.
Modesto Lafuente 26 is a unique development that also has a concierge, private parking with electric charging facilities, its own gym, and a community terrace on the roof with a solarium and swimming pool along with exceptional views of the city.
