Estudio Lamela at Espacio NAN: Building Through Sustainability
On April 22nd, we had the opportunity to participate in the Espacio NAN Sostenibilidad event, organized by NAN Arquitectura, which brought together several companies and studios to discuss sustainability and the increasingly unavoidable commitment to the environment.
Our sustainability expert, Virginia Hernández, advocated for an integral vision of architecture where sustainability is not an added extra, but a structural principle of every project.
Using Estudio Lamela projects such as Madrid-Barajas T4, Centro Canalejas, or Astro Tower in Brussels, she explained how sustainability materializes in concrete decisions, such as the use of renewable materials, energy optimization, efficient water management, or refurbishment as a tool for urban regeneration.
