Architecture for New Ways of Living: Estudio Lamela at the Flex Living Forum

On 28 May, we participated in the conference on Flex Living, Student Residences and Senior Living organised by Grupo Vía in Madrid.

The event brought together developers, operators, investors, architects, and consultants to discuss the evolution of new residential models and the challenges posed by new ways of living.

Representing Estudio Lamela, Ignacio Summers shared our experience in developing the architectural identity of US by Kronos, the Flex Living brand of Kronos Real Estate Group. A model conceived for medium-term stays that is committed to architectural quality, the design of shared spaces, sustainability, and industrialisation.
