Centro Canalejas is a complex urban operation in the heart of Madrid, which is one of the most significant urban development projects undertaken in Europe in recent times.

The project consisted of the recovery and merging of seven historic buildings that were in disuse to create a hotel for the Four Seasons chain, a shopping gallery, and 22 luxury apartments.
