MADNUM officially opens its doors, transforming Madrid’s business environment.

Promoted by Colonial and located in Méndez Álvaro, just a few minutes from Atocha Station, the 90,000 m² built complex integrates offices, residential units, restaurants, services, and green areas, fostering a balance between professional and personal life.

At Estudio Lamela, we have supported Colonial since the initial land studies, and we are deeply grateful to have contributed throughout all phases of project definition, construction, and subsequent processes.

MADNUM has been conceived with circular economy principles, nearly zero energy consumption (NZEB), zero operational carbon emissions, and a 100% green energy supply. Notably, 25% of the energy used in common areas is generated on-site through its own photovoltaic installation.

With 80% of workstations benefiting from natural daylight, universal accessibility throughout the building, and terraces offering 360º views of Madrid, MADNUM stands as a benchmark for integrated, sustainable, and efficient workspaces.
