Méndez Álvaro Campus has won PORCELANOSA’s Prize for the Best Corporate Office, Flexible Office, Residential and Retail Complex
PORCELANOSA has awarded the Prize for the ‘Best Corporate Office, Flexible Office, Residential and Retail Complex’ to the Méndez Álvaro Campus that we’ve designed for Colonial.
The ceremony took place at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Canalejas Center.

The Campus is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
The Méndez Álvaro Campus, one of the most significant office projects of the last decade in Madrid, occupies 90,000 square meters of buildable space, of which nearly 60,000 m2 will be dedicated to offices. It includes a 17-story, 74-meter-high tower next to another 9-story building. The development also hosts Colonial’s first “built-to-rent” housing development.
It’s located halfway between the M-30 and Atocha Station, on the Méndez Álvaro axis, an area of great expansion over the past years where the corporate headquarters of large multinationals have been established.
