The MADNUM building by Colonial receives the award for the most significant project at the 10th AEO awards

According to the Spanish Office Association (AEO):

The building complex, with a total floor area of 91,000 m² and located in Méndez Álvaro (Madrid), is a pioneering development that integrates office space, residential use, and retail areas open to the city.

The project stands out as a new model of city-facing architecture, generating a positive impact on the urban fabric as well as on the economic and social spheres.

MADNUM features an ambitious sustainability strategy that positions it as an nzeb (nearly zero-energy building) and as a benchmark with zero operational carbon footprint.
