It’s the largest office complex in Madrid since the Four Towers were built. Estudio Lamela will design two huge plots in Méndez Álvaro. Situated between the orbital M-30 highway and the Atocha Station, it’s a location that’s been chosen in recent years by multinational corporations (such as Mahou, Repsol, Amazon, and Ericsson) to serve as their headquarters.
The project is divided into two huge complexes: The Méndez Álvaro Campus, spanning an area of 90,000 m2, distributed between offices (60,000 m2) and predictably apartments (30,000 m2). Additionally, it includes a tower of 17 floors aboveground and another building of 9 floors. Because of its location and the design of its buildings, it can house the representative headquarters of various companies.
The other large development is Méndez Álvaro II. A tower of 20,000 m2 situated very closely to the new Atocha Station that’s designed for offices. In principle, it’ll reach a height of 81 meters distributed over 19 floors with the option of housing various tenants.
