Industry Site Visit to the MADNUM Campus – 10th Edition AEO Awards

Yesterday, the Spanish Association of Offices (AEO) held an industry site visit to the MADNUM Campus, which was recognized in the 10th Edition of the AEO Awards.

The visit brought together 65 industry professionals — developers, consultants, architects, and technical experts — who were interested in experiencing the project firsthand.

The program included a presentation by Colonial, featuring Laura Montero and Raquel Pi Simón, Heads of Development and Technical Management, along with Rebeca Sánchez of Estudio Lamela, the architect responsible for the project.

At the 10th Edition of the AEO Awards, the MADNUM Campus received the Special Award for Outstanding Initiative, an extraordinary category granted for the first time by the Association.

Located in the Méndez Álvaro district of Madrid, this new business campus integrates office, retail, and residential uses, consolidating a model of architecture that is open to the city and designed to generate a positive impact on the urban fabric, as well as on the economic and social environment.

The project incorporates an ambitious sustainability strategy, positioning itself as a benchmark NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) development and achieving zero operational carbon footprint.
