The project won the first Prize in a competition held by a British development group.
This complex consists of five blocks containing 121 apartments as well as shops by the road, a small boat club with a dock, a restaurant, and a swimming pool.
The buildings stand on exposed concrete pillars, with the landscape visibly penetrating beneath them. The design of the blocks on a colonnaded base allows stunning views to of sea. Each block is completely independent with complete sun lighting and sea views. The south walls have special sun shading.
Marés de cabeza stone and local Mallorca clay slabs are used abundantly throughout the façade to complement the landscape in its background.
