The aim is to establish it as a new residential and business hub, situated near the Fira de Barcelona, the port, and close to the airport.

The project draws inspiration from one of the most significant historical transformations in Barcelona’s history: the Cerdá Plan of 1860.

The design proposes unifying the central courtyard, resulting in an interior urbanization that extends the surrounding urban areas. Like overlapping layers, the shared rooftop spaces reach the highest points of the buildings, offering exceptional views over Marina del Prat Vermell.

The project adheres to the volumetric planning regulations for this block, aiming to create a “city” on a smaller scale through a base structure aligned with the street, from which taller blocks of varying characteristics emerge. This approach fosters diversity in the surrounding environment while maintaining a cohesive identity through the continuity of the base.

The project seeks to showcase different personalities in terms of façade composition, color, and volume, allowing it to be recognized as a unified whole from all perspectives while avoiding repetition. This ensures that the development integrates seamlessly into its diverse and dynamic surroundings.
