Estudio Lamela joins the flex living market

Estudio Lamela is designing several temporary rental housing developments in Madrid for Kronos Real Estate Group under its new brand, US by Kronos.

The plan foresees an investment of €300 million and the construction of 2,000 residential units over the next four years, targeting groups such as teachers, students, and temporary workers.

In the Community of Madrid, two developments will initially be launched in Los Berrocales and one in Torrejón, with additional sites currently under consideration.

In addition to the architectural design, Estudio Lamela has also contributed to the development of the brand identity.

In the words of Carlos Lamela: “For me, it is a source of satisfaction to be part of the effort to provide a solution to Madrid’s housing challenge.”
