A complex of 223 apartments in which an attempt has been made to avoid the typical closed block configuration which is usual in the area. To do that, we used building bays larger than the ones usually used in blocks of flats, so that part of the structure is freed and the closed block in the south façade can be opened. With a turn of the bay and a large cantilever in the form of a ship’s bow, emphasis is given to the pedestrian access and a large space is created for the community swimming pool. The facades have terraces with glass parapets which give personality and a light touch to the whole.
