The development features semi-detached homes and six residential blocks located in the Guadarrama Basin. The result is a modern-style community with landscaped spaces, where façades in varying shades of gray reinterpret the region’s traditional architecture in a contemporary way.
Two distinct types of buildings, A and B, have been designed, each with its unique character. Special attention has also been given to the interior layout of the development, which follows a stepped topography. Platforms adapt to the land’s natural slope, seamlessly connecting common areas and providing access to all buildings. The design is focused on maximizing privileged views.
This is a place for gathering and socializing. At the heart of the development is a large rectangular swimming pool, surrounded by landscaped areas with trees.
