EL QUINTANAR

The masterplan comprises six residential plots that will accommodate a total of 516 homes. Set in a prime location overlooking the Lazarejo Natural Park, the development integrates harmoniously with the landscape, adapting to the natural topography to offer exceptional, unobstructed views.
Since the 1970s, the town of Las Rozas, near Madrid, has been home to the headquarters of the photography company Kodak. This distinctive site not only housed the company’s offices but also included a photography school and workshops, all within the iconic, heritage-protected Kodak building. The building stands on a substantial 54,058 m² commercial plot adjacent to the A6 motorway.
The master plan extends beyond this commercial plot to include six residential parcels located behind it, bordering a network of public green spaces. This privileged location, overlooking the Lazarejo Natural Park, is the setting for a major residential development comprising 516 homes. Thoughtfully integrated into the natural topography, the project offers exceptional views while harmonizing with its surroundings.
The residential scheme includes apartment blocks, as well as semi-detached and terraced houses. Each complex has been carefully designed to offer generous outdoor green areas and shared indoor amenities, such as a gastropub and coworking spaces.
This ambitious urban development project places a strong emphasis on blending residential life with nature, creating a vibrant and sustainable community.
