The project aims to adapt to the surroundings and enhance the site’s characteristics. Orientation and views have been key factors in positioning the homes, as several plots border a large area belonging to the public network of open spaces and green zones alongside the Guadarrama Canal.

The proposed design for the collective housing (blocks) compacts the buildings to minimize land occupation and maximize the available surface for green and communal areas. All homes feature terraces, while ground-floor units have private gardens. Plots 2 and 3 also include townhouses that adapt to the site’s topography.

The six residential plots will operate in pairs as shared communities, allowing residents to enjoy communal amenities such as a gourmet lounge, a shared swimming pool, a gym, coworking spaces, and more.
