It faces a large garden across the road, and its design maximizes this advantage by opening up the façade as much as possible to enhance views of the green space—a rare feature in the city’s central neighborhoods.

The proposal preserves the existing building’s volume and number of floors. Each floor follows a consistent layout, featuring two apartments with three and four bedrooms. The core is repositioned to serve as a central axis, efficiently dividing the apartments. The ground floor includes a spacious entrance lobby with amenities, while the rooftop is designed as an outdoor green leisure area with a pool and gym. Additionally, two private terraces are designated for the sixth-floor apartments, each with a private staircase enclosed in glass for direct access to this level.

The building has achieved BREEAM international sustainability certification.
