CAMPUS, “MADNUM”

Madnum is the first Campus in Spain to combine offices, housing, retail and green areas in the same space. This new complex anticipates the latest trends in working and living, prioritizing energy efficiency measures, space distribution and a mix of uses.
Located in the southern part of Madrid’s CBD and very close to Atocha station, it has an above ground surface area of 90,000 m². Of this area, a total of 56,000 m² will be office space, including corporate and flexible spaces, and are scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024.
The new complex puts sustainability aspects first and incorporates innovations in construction. It stands out for its nearly zero energy consumption (NZEB), with the use of renewable energies, and air quality measurement facilities. It includes a plan of measures for the enhancement of urban biodiversity and has been designed to achieve the highest levels of BREEAM and LEED certification.
