This project transforms one of the largest blocks in Chamberí, a central Madrid neighborhood, by reclaiming a vast interior space for a garden with swimming pools. The design integrates seamlessly with a spacious courtyard, restoring the area's original urban planning concept.
The façade harmonizes with its surroundings, aligning seamlessly with the neighboring façade’s compositional rhythm.
The corner windows of the apartment can be opened so that one panel slides into the wall and the other into the adjoining window, effectively transforming the corner into a terrace –a special feature of this development.
Likewise, the ground floors are protected with operable slats that can transform into canopies that leave the apartments entirely open.
The penthouses are duplexes and triplexes with their private pools.
