APARTMENTS ON
CALLE MESENA

The project begins with the demolition of the existing buildings from the “Colonia Banesto,” originally constructed to house former employees of the institution. These homes, mostly small, were built between the late 1950s and early 1960s and are now in poor condition and largely unoccupied.
The new development integrates seamlessly with its surroundings, creating expansive landscaped open spaces. The residences are designed to embrace the outdoors, featuring terraces and large windows. The central space is utilized for an outdoor pool area and green zones.
On Basement Level 1, an English courtyard provides access to various community amenities, including a gourmet lounge, a gym, and an outdoor pool. This courtyard is framed by terraced vegetation, restoring the urban elevation while serving as the heart of the development, where most communal activities occur.
