APARTMENT BLOCKS
IN VITORIA-GASTEIZ
Estudio Lamela won first prize in the restricted competition organized by the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, securing the contract to design two residential blocks on separate plots.
The first development features 107 apartments within two large U-shaped structures, with a portion of the volume carved out to create a grand entrance to the plot. The second project consists of 27 apartments housed in a rectangular tower, characterized by vertical openings across much of its façade.
