The VIP Lounges designed for Iberia in Terminal 4 and Terminal 4 Satellite at Madrid-Barajas Airport were sustained by two ideas: space organization along a continuous path, and an appreciation for the original design of the Terminals.
The design of the VIP Lounges in Terminals 4 and 4 Satellite at Madrid-Barajas Airport was based on two strategies that run parallel. On one hand, the pursuit of space organization along a continuous path based on the passenger’s estimated time spent. On the other hand, transparency; a strong concept of maintaining the original design of the Terminals that, besides supporting the passenger’s orientation, it takes full advantage of the potential views provided by the lounges’ venue.
