Located, in part, on the land that occupied the Santiago Regional Hospital of Medical Specialties (Veraguas, Panama), the Luis Chicho Fábrega Hospital links the old and the new.
The project, carried out alongside AIDHOS, is located in the Province of Veraguas (Panama). The new hospital is located at the free end of the plot, in the southwest, on a platform of the same height as the old building in order to facilitate communication between them. The proposed building was planned to be separate from the existing structures. Access to the site is made directly from the Pan American Highway. Parking is provided in several areas with a total capacity of 579 spaces, reaching the ratio of 1.5 parking spaces per hospital bed.
